How long does delivery take?

Order before 12 PM and we deliver the same working day, between 4 PM and 11 PM. Orders after 12 PM arrive the next working day. We do not deliver on Fridays or Saturdays. Delivery is KWD 1.250, free on orders over KWD 15.

Can I return or exchange my order?

You have 14 days from delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original sealed packaging.
For hygiene reasons, opened oral care and personal care products cannot be returned unless faulty. See our refund policy for full details.
