Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the date you receive your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal care products, including oral care items, cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return
Contact us at info@medicaenergy.com with your order number. Once your return is approved, we will confirm the next steps and arrange collection or provide the return address. Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order on delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it or refund you at no cost to you.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Delivery fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it and place a new order once your return is approved.
