How to use
Step 1: Choose your preferred BE YOU toothpaste flavor and apply a pea-sized amount to the included toothbrush.
Step 2: Brush your teeth using small, gentle circular motions for 2 minutes. Avoid scrubbing back and forth.
Step 3: Brush all tooth surfaces, giving extra attention to the inside of your front teeth.
Step 4: Spit out the toothpaste after brushing. Do not swallow.
Step 5: Repeat morning and evening, or as recommended by your dentist.

• Try a different flavor each day to discover your favorite.
• Replace the toothbrush every 3 months or sooner if the bristles become worn.
• Avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes after brushing for optimal fluoride protection.

Are your products authentic?
Yes. Every product we sell is sourced directly from the brand or its appointed distributor for the region. Nothing is grey market or parallel imported.
How long does delivery take?
Order before 12 PM and we deliver the same working day, between 4 PM and 11 PM. Orders after 12 PM arrive the next working day. We do not deliver on Fridays or Saturdays. Delivery is KWD 1.250, free on orders over KWD 15.
Can I return or exchange my order?
You have 14 days from delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original sealed packaging.
For hygiene reasons, opened oral care and personal care products cannot be returned unless faulty. See our refund policy for full details.
